How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your deck if you ordered a complete setup.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

For safety and quality reasons, we only accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board is gripped or skated, it cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

How do I know which deck size is right for me?

Deck size is largely based on preference, but generally, we recommend widths of 7.75" to 8.25" for street skating and 8.5" or higher for transitions and bowls. Check our size guide for more details.

Do you offer professional assembly?

Absolutely. If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can select 'Professional Assembly' at checkout and we will ship it ready to ride at no extra cost.
